PURPLE BRAND offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn garments with original tags attached. Please ensure all denim and apparel remain in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
